Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Numblingo mobile application (“App”) operated by WW inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Numblingo is an educational mobile application that helps users learn numbers in multiple languages through quizzes and practice exercises. The App offers both free and premium content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 4 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
4. User Accounts
The App may be used without creating an account. Any data you generate (such as learning progress and quiz results) is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free Features: The App provides free access to learn numbers from 0 to 20 in multiple languages.
5.2 Premium Subscription: The App offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription (“Premium”) that unlocks additional features, including access to numbers from 0 to 100,000,000 and custom number range settings.
5.3 Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally purchased the subscription for.
5.5 Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5.6 Price Changes: Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and your continued use of the subscription after the price change will constitute your acceptance of the new price.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of WW inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers connected to the App
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
- Use any automated means to access the App or collect data from it
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
While we strive to provide accurate language learning content, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the educational material provided in the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WW INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WW inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
14. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to provide its functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

- RevenueCat: RevenueCat Privacy Policy
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
